Important OSM Membership Information
By signing and submitting this form you are acknowledging that you have read and understand the following:

OSM Membership Includes

1. Ten regular Open Shop sessions/mth (Prerequisite: Orientation class)
2. Eight Members Only Open Shop sessions/mth (Prerequisite: Certified by Shop Manager)
3. Early registration for 12+ classes each semester
4. 15% discount on all OSM classes
5. Streamlined registration form for open shops

Membership Dues

Individual $45/month
Family $75/month (up to 4 members of same household)
*Each family member must meet the prerequisites for open shops prior to attending
*MINORS must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all open shop sessions

Open Shop Schedule

• Tuesdays from 6-9pm
• Wednesdays 6-9pm (Members Only)
• Fridays from 9am-12pm
• Fridays 1-4pm (Members Only)
• Fourth Saturday of the month from 9am-4pm (Double session)
