Tuesdays, 6:00pm - 9:00pm
Fridays, 9:00am - 12:00pm
Fourth Saturday of the month, 9:00am - 4:00pm (double session)

Cost: $10.00 (waived for members)

Minimum Age Requirement: 12 (Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.)

Open shop gives makers the opportunity to access the shop/studios and equipment to work on their own projects at their own pace.

PARTICIPATION PREREQUISITES:

Ceramics: Open shop participants must attend a Ceramic Studio Orientation session to receive the necessary safety training before working with our equipment. Orientation classes are generally offered on the second Thursday of the month from 6-7pm. To register for a Ceramic Studio Orientation Class, go to www.oldschoolmakerspace.com/open-shop, and register for the date you are available to attend.

Woodworking: Open shop participants must attend a Woodshop Orientation session to receive the necessary safety training before working with our equipment. Orientation classes are generally offered on the second Thursday of the month from 6-9pm. Mixed media: There is no prerequisite to working in the mixed media space, but we do request that you take a tour of OSM, attend a meetup, or take a class before signing up for open shop sessions.
