Gift Certificate Order Form
Thank you for your interest in purchasing a gift certificate from Old School Makerspace. Please fill out the form below. Here are a few things to keep in mind.
1)You can select from the payment option any of the common gift certificate denominations or enter your own amount. You will be charged that amount upon completing the form.
2) Within 2-4 business days, we will send the gift certificate to the email listed in the form. You can enter your own email address or that of any recipient of your choosing.
3) The instructions for using the certificate for an OSM event (class, special event, open shop, etc.) are printed on the certificate. Any questions can be directed to Robert Balfour (director@oldschoolmakerspace.com).
