Exploring Lent Through Contemplative Prayer

During the season of Lent, we are invited to reflect on not only our need for God, but also his tender closeness to us. Contemplative prayer is a practice that ties us to centuries of Christians before us and is one of the most impactful ways to understand how God created us as both physical and spiritual beings. During this workshop participants will be gently led through guided breathing, movement, and prayer, and will have a chance to stop, dwell, and sit with scripture as we encounter God in a quiet place.
If this class does not receive sufficient registration, you will be notified the week of the class, and your tuition will be refunded.
